Hello, I am the Owner & Director of Movement of Elegance (MOE).  I began my dance journey with the ballet and tap combo class at the age of five moving my way up to then start my competitive dance journey at the age of seven. After about six years of numerous dance styles (acrobatics, ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical,  modern, point-ballet, tap) and competitions, I was introduced to concert and commercial styles of dance.  I have had the opportunity to  perform in Jacksonville's First Coast Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella production. After graduating high school at sixteen to keep myself limber I found Hot Yoga allowed myself to find a purpose along side maintaining strength, flexibility, and technique.   

I began further my collage education along with spending time as part of the Tremaine Performance Company and the opportunity to be a part of film projects with Unveiled Productions (Voice of God, The Battle Within) followed by other commercial work. My passion for connection the mind and body along with creating art through movement is the inspiration behind creating a space that integrates both practices in its own alignment.

Throughout my years as an undergrad, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching dance in various styles across north and central Florida, guiding yoga practice at Stetson University as an student employee, and instructing in Palm Coast, at Hot Yoga Lounge.
